ANSWER:

There is a difference between things that are related to tawheed of lordship and such things are only decided by Allah and we can’t associate others with Allah such as willing and decreeing. This means we can only say: whatever Allah wills and we can’t say whatever Allah and you will!

As for other things such as giving or thanking etc, there is no problem in saying thanks to Allah and my teachers. 

It has been narrated in the hadith that it is shirk to equate Allah with the creation using the conjunctive ‘and’. But we say “Allah and His Messenger” in different sentences, even in prayers. Please explain about this to remove my confusion.
