This is not authentic.

Is this DU’A authentic. Laa ilahaillallahu wahdah la shareeka lah, lamyalid walamyu lad walam ya lullahu kufuan ahad.(hadith-tabrani). Does it have 20lakhs times reward if read once. Please clarify.

there is a Hadith that mentions that Allaah answers the dua between athan and iqama. My question is can I raise my hands individually and made dua or should I just say the dua silently without raising my hands and basically if I Make it a habit to raise my hands at that time is it regarded as a innovation? Whenever we get in the car to take a 30min drive to the mall or wherever, my mom tells us to recite the following dua:”سبحان الذي سخر لنا هزا و ما كنا له مقرنين.وأنا الى ربنا لمنقلبون” Yes, I should recite this particular dua when I’m on the plane or on my way to Madinah from Jeddah but I’m not so sure about reciting it for intra-city drives.What should I do?
