Is there any special prayer on 17th of ramadan. In India, some celebrate 17th ramadan as badr day & they in congregation recite surah yaseen & congregational duah after that. Is this an innovation.

We often see people kissing a pen or something after picking it up when it falls down and sometimes when it touches the feet or the floor or doing what they call “salam” after picking the thing up. This is common in South Asia mostly. What is the ruling on this? Is it Bid’ah?

I’ve a question that in many countries like India, Pakistan & Bangladesh people gather after namaz e fazr or after namaz e jumma and they perform salutations on prophet (saw) saying “Ya nabi salam alaika Ya rasool salam alaika”,,, some of them say you should do the same & some of them say it is not the part of Islam… So what’s the actual truth??
