There isn’t any specific Du’ah. You can ask Allah to preserve you from these things.

Is there a specific dua which you might say, so that Allah keeps you away from dirty thoughts, girls and sexual relationships/ideas?

If i have understood this statement correctly your website states that isha salaah is only up until midnight so does this mean you cannot pray isha after this time or are there any exceptions
