Is the marriage of a woman to a man valid who (the woman) is already married to another man (assuming the first husband gives consent)?

I am christian and I am maried for more than one year i start to have a lot of muslim girls as a friend and i start to learn about islam . Now i start to love this religion and i want to become a muslim but here is a problem.My husbant is christian and he will never get convert.Is a nice person and is not stoping me to belive in islam,I always say that religion can not be forcibly,and i cant force him;and i know that as a muslim i cant have a chrestian husband.what i can do,we have a nice family.
