Though it is a sin and Allah will punish whoever does this, but there is nothing in Islam that states that the Iman will be taken from the individual or that it would be given to the disbeliever.

Is that true that if we take the rights of a non-muslim in this life, they can ask in the Day of Jugement for our Eman?and if is true can you give me the hadith?

There is one ahadith which says that as long u introduce in your body somthing that is haram your payers or duahs are not accepted for 40 days. This haidth is talking about khamr or food ..wht about a person who is smoking its this available for him too?
