It is a reliable tafseer but laymen would probably find it difficult to understand sometimes.

Try to get a copy of tafseer As’sidi which is much easier and friendly.

Is tafsir ibn kathir authentic? I’ve been trying to understand each ayah with this tafsir for a long time & it seems the tafsir is way toooo long for each ayah & the explanations are quite repetitive. I read Quran in an app named “Al Quran (tafsir & by word)”
