You should not pray in this room or should cover these up with a cloth or something before praying. However, this has no impact on the validity of prayers.

Is salat not valid in a room where there is toys like dolls, dinosaurs or cartoon characters? There is no picture hanging on the wall. Only baby’s toys laying on the floor. Also is it allowed to have wallpaper of cartoon cars which have eyes on them?
