Visiting such places usually is done by ignorant people seeking blessings and making Duaa and may be worse than that. This can easily mount to shirk.

Please can piety of a Muslim leader make Him see the unseen ie to tell the occurrence of something in the future,just like subsayers do? In the name that Allah revealed it to him?
