No this is baseless. Music is totally prohibited.

Is it true that music (haram ones) sometimes creates khushoo in good things such as prayer, love for family, study etc but this khushoo comes from shaytan?

I have a question about Olympic Games. Since these games are from Ancient Greece and was for honoring their “gods” what is the verdict on these games, meaning watching (live or in tv), participating in the games, and also those countries who are arranging this?
