ANSWER:

The angels act only by Allah’s commands and by the means and powers Allah had given them. There is no shirk in this none whatsoever except in your mind! 

Is it true that Michael gives rain to earth in the command of Almighty Allah? Or is it shirk? If it is true, then if we say Allah gives rain is it sinful? And if it is not true then what is the duty of angel Michael? Please explain.
