This is not permissible

Is it possible that my dad gives zakat of my brother and then my brother transfer the same amount of zakat to my dad’s account when he will get his salary ?

I always pay zakah for my savings in Ramadan.If I know of someone who needs money, and I give her zakah before Ramadan,when do I pay my next zakah? Do I wait for one year from the time I paid my latest zakah, or do I still pay in the next ramadhan?
