Is it permissible to refer a non muslim to an insurance or business financing company and earn commission? The person i am referring is non muslim living in non muslim country, the insurance or financing company is owned and managed by non muslim in non muslim country.

I’m a college student and in my college, there are very less muslims and majority are non-muslims, the ratio is 70:1. Even if there are some muslims but they don’t pray. I live in college hostel because it is far away from my home. My question is, I don’t want to leave prayer so how do I pray among non muslims? There is no place free to go and pray.
