I own a beach hotel for 15 years&never sold alcohol.Now i want to close it because i receive clients untill gays&much more and not just selling Alcohol.My question if i sell the hotel and the person who buys will open a bar for alcohol in it and many more wrong things, will i be held accountable for it?
