You can perform Umrah for the deceased but not a separate tawaf.

It is best to combine the deceased with you in your own sacrifice.

Is it permissible to perform Umrah or Tawaf on behalf of deceased ones as my father intend to perform Umrah on behalf of my late grandfather. What about the sacrifice of animals on behalf of deceased ones on Eid ul Adha..is it also permissible or not ??
