If the rows are connected and they can follow the people in following the Imam, their prayer is valid even if they don’t hear the khutba.

Otherwise, they should pray Thuhur

Is it permissible to make another congregational prayer led by a imam in the same masjid while the actual jumuah prayer led by khateeb is over?
