If you mean while being intimate with your wife, this is prohibited and disrespectful to the Quran. 

Listening to it while going to sleep is permissible.

If some one plays quran recitation loudly in market place/car etc should the rest of people listen to it quietly or they can speak n carry out conversations during this recitation? The car/shop owner has played the recitation and rest of people are just being in the vicinity. What should be done in this case listen quietly to recitation and avoid conversations?
