No problem in having a headstone with deceased name for identifying the grave but it’s totally prohibited to inscribe or write ayahs of Quran on the stone or to resemble the way of the Christians by using marble or the likes for decoration!

Is it permissible to have a plaque on a grave to identify the person and what is permissible to be inscribed on it. Can we have dates they passed away and some form of religious Quran text as well as loving husband or father. Does it have to be limited to just the name?
