ANSWER:

It is not permissible for a woman to adorn herself when going out in public. Her wedding must be segregated so that no non-mahram man would be able to see her before or after she is adorned.

Is it permissible for women to go outside by wearing powder? My face looks dull when it’s oily and wearing powder gives me a fresher look. Does the same ruling apply for wearing only foundation which is sticky than powder? Can I wear makeup on my wedding day and walima day? How can I make it halal by not showing my Beauty to any non-mahram? What can I do when a guest wants to see me?

On my wedding day after the nikah i was ignorant to let a man fashion designer sew a headpiece on my hair it wasnt my intent .
