Is it permissible for me to write a short story with an islamic moral lesson if the events in it do not actually happen ? Will it be considered as lying ?

In multiple rooms of our house, ants are entering from the garden,& get on the food,the ground,the tables,the beds… Removing them (without killing them) from the food & environment,& verifying that we are not killing them by stepping/sitting on them or killing them inadvertently causes us some hardship. Can we kill them by using insecticides in the garden?

I am disabled and bedridden patient so i am dependent on my father financially who is retired govt employ. His major income is his pension which is used to run the house. But he has also invested some money in National Saving Scheme which most scholars say is riba based. It makes about less than 1 third of his total income. So can i eat and use money given by my father?
