ANSWER:

No problem in playing football if there is no non mahram to see them and awrah is properly covered.

Regarding kickboxing, this is not permissible. You must not hit or be hit but you can do everything else regarding learning self defence.

Is it permissible for a woman to play sports that are pre dominantly ‘male sports’ such as football or kickboxing with the intention of getting fit and learning self defence etc and not to imitate men?
