You shouldn’t blow on food, Only on water or oil.

Is it okay for someone (apart from myself) to recite some Qur’an (such as surah Ikhlas) and then blow it over my food/drink, and then for me to consume this? The intention is for it to be a cure for my illnesses.

Is this dua from an authentic hadith and am I able to recite it. 1484. Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) used to supplicate: “Allahumma inni a`udhu bika minal-barasi, wal-jununi, wal-judhami, wa sayyi’il-asqami’ (O Allah! I seek refuge in You from leucoderma, insanity, leprosy and evil diseases).” [Abu Dawud].

Ya Sheikh one of the Adkhar is the recitation of Subhana lahi wa bihamdihi 100 times, my question is if sometimes one doesn’t have much time & one reduces this number to less 100, and in another case if one increase it more than 100, is this a sin or an innovation? And can all the adhkars be recited while doing some activity like cooking, walking or driving?
