This is permissible providing that it is not hair and it doesn’t look like hair and people can identify it to be threads.

What I know is that we can uncover our hands in front of na-mahram males. Is it right? I read a fatwa somewhere that hands must be covered as well.And what if we have heena on our hands? in that case can we uncover or have to cover?
