I was adopted. My foster mother had passed away when I was 12yrs old. Foster father has gone through many wives. Have neglected me all his life but however have paid for my education and marriage. He has in many occasion told me that Iam not his child. Now he doesn’t talk to me because of his new wife. Do I have to make contact with him? I don’t have my biological father.
