ANSWER:

No, as no one can bring “bad luck” to anyone and thinking this can be a form of shirk! It is obvious that such a husband has issues and she must be more than diplomatic when dealing with him! 

Is it normal for a husband to say that wife try even control his wish of travel date bring him bad luck when wife try to advice why not try to travel 1 day earlier or later in order not to miss friday prayer?
