Once is enough, for women from the forehead till the nape of the head but the sunnah is to do it once more to the front! You can fix your hair afterwards,

Is it necessary to wipe your head backward and forward during wudu or just doing it backward once suffices because I have very long hair and if I do it forward second time they come out and become all messed up no Matter they are tied in a bun or braided.

If I touch a part of a garment that is wet with impurity with dry hand, but my hand still remains dry (i.e.  it did not become wet at all), is the impurity still considered to have transferred to the hand? What if it’s a dry and clean garment brushing against the wet area, (and the dry garment did not become wet)?
