ANSWER:

This is not mandatory. 

He can just trim his hair as well but it’s highly recommended to shave the head as Prophet salla Allahu Alaihi wa Sallam made dua thrice for the men who shaved the head after umrah and once for men who trimmed their hair. 

Is it mandatory for a man to shave his head after umrah Everytime. For example if a man shaves his head after umrah in 2017 should he shave his head again after umrah in 2019.

Can you advise for Du’a in Hajj. There’s a minimum of like 6hrs on Arafah. For someone who doesn’t have much to ask except for forgiveness, Jannah etc. Or if he asks all of what he wants, and all Du’as finish in 30 mins, what to do? Besides perhaps keeping repeating it
