ANSWER:

Tajweed is not a must and its not permissible to learn anything related to deen from deviant sufis and open innovators. 

Is it halal to learn tajweed from sufis, innovators and non-salafees?

I posted some thing about the Prophet SAW claming him to be a human not noor of Allah. I got really negative response to my post. I am living in hanafi mazhab community but my aqaids are different from them. Allah knows best My brother prohibited me to post such islamic things on facebook or any other social media.
