A’ahad hadeeth is accepted in matters of aqeedah if it is  authentic.

Is it correct not to accept ahad hadiths in matters of aqeedah as aqeedah is defined as “Aqeedah is that which is believed in with certainty or confidence, without possibility of doubt” And as ahad hadiths have single narrations there is some doubt and they are not 100% certain knowledge like muttawattir hadiths? Can you shed some light on this?
