Cutting short of the hair must be from all the hair and not from one or two sides.

Is it compulsory to remove all the hair or trim (all hair) when finishing the Umrah 2nd time? i have a doubt because some of our brothers just cut only few hair (referred with some islamic scholars) after finishing their 2nd or 3rd umrahs.

I heard from a Scholar of Ahlus sunnah wal jama’a in India that we have to uncover our right shoulder only for the first three rounds in tawaf of the umrah and cover it for the remaining rounds… …I did tawaf and umrah, the same way and returned to my country. Is this OK? If wrong, What should I do?
