This is permissible for your parents and you can include the in your own sacrifice.

Is it allowed to offer qurrbani for a deceased parent?

I bought 2 lambs 10 months before eid ul adha . According to seller of lambs, they were 3 month old when I bought..as per calendar. I am taking care of goats in my own home last 10 months and as per calculation of months both are 12 months plus. But currently no teeth change and health of the body just below normal ,looking still kids. My Question : Can I perform Qurbani for the day of eid ul adha as per sunnah guide line or what should I do if goats are not meeting qurbani criteria?

Please let me know if I can send the qurbani money to somebody in my home country (kashmir) to make sacrificial sheep on day of 10th Zul Hijja on my behalf. Also if we can cut nails and hair on 10th. Zul Hija as per KSA calender or there as per the indian calender Jazaka Allah Khair
