Generaly speaking hitting the face is not permissible. Learning martial arts for self defense is permissible as long as there is no bowing or things against islam

Is it allowed to let our children learn Krav Maga or any other self-defence sport to with the purpose of self-defence only?

My question is that,i had left listening to music by the midd of 2014,as i heared about it that its haram At first it was really tough however i cope it,but now subconsciously I’m recalling the songs and mumbling it,even when I don’t want to do inorder to avoid it I say kalma tauheed is it right?and please tell what to do in this situation how can I avoid it more?
