ANSWER:

It is permissible to give them from your voluntary charity, however the first preference must always be to help our poor Muslim brothers and sisters. 

Is it allowed to give charity to Non Muslims?

I heard form some scholar that having goat slauthered as Sadaqa & giving its meat to poor is not allowed except for Haj / Eid al ahha and child haqiqa. Kindly guide me on this topic. Is it ok or a bidut?

Sheikh on your twitter someone asked who will get the reward of building a mosque when someone builds the mosque with the intention that the deceased parents get the reward and he names the mosque after them and you said only the parents get the reward.
