ANSWER:

The sunnah is not to cover the hands as long as there is no non mahram around but if it is covered due to the head cover being too long, this is ok.

Is it allowed that the hands are covered from my long head scarf during prayer, (I’m not wearing gloves) so just face can be seen (there are no non mahrams just me alone)?
