It is permissible to kiss the hands of parents. Kissing the hands of scholars is an issue of dispute and I believe that it is not permissible.

Kissing the feet or bowing down to scholars, this is forbidden and it can reach the level of Shirk

Is it allowed in Islam to Kiss hands and feet and to bow down in front of Scholars and Elders???
