This is permissible providing the job is halal, she has the consent of her guardian, it is safe, she is abiding by the proper hijab and she is working in a segregated environment.

I understood that it is haram to look at women not wearing hijab,so I quitted my part time job because they would not allow me to work if I don’t make any eye contact with females.A student of knowledge told me it is wrong because قياس makes the ruling in Europe different.There is more خير than شر to work with this issue so i would be able to sustain my family and complete my degree in psycholgy.
