It is not a Bid’ah as the Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam did it for one month and then stopped it.

However, it is not part of the Sunnah as he stopped doing it.

Is it a bidaa’ for an imam leading a congregational prayer to say duaa’ on the last rakhas in fajr prayer?
