ANSWER:

This is totally baseless.

We were instructed by the Prophet ﷺ  to  seek refuge in Allah from the Devil when hearing the barking of a dog or the braying of a donkey by night as they see what you do not see, meaning that they see devils. 

Is howling of dogs bad omen,it is said that when dogs howl it means something bad is going to happen as animal can see the evil coming .Is there anything like this in islam?
