It is not permissible to celebrate it but if they are giving a day off, you should take that day without celebrating it and making it Eid as we only have two Eids in Islam.

Is celebrating the national day of a country haram,i have heard celebrating any othr day except eid is haram?.i live in saudi arabia and its national day is comin up!.please clarify.
