ANSWER:

If it was a gift for a person in exchange of something he had done or tried to do, this is permissible as in the case I challenge someone that if he climbed that mountain, I will give him money for that but I am challenging him as I don’t believe that he can! 

But if this money was for no work as if I say that this team will win and he says that the other team will win, and i say if your team wins, i will give you this or that, this is not permissible as he didn’t work for it and it is extravagance from my part. 

Is betting haram? What if from both sides (not one side bet)

A close friend of mine whom I hve not met for quite a long time recently invited me to go out to a mall a few mins away from my hse or any other place to spend time tgt. Since this is a non muslim country , the malls and almost all other places in this country here have music playing, is it ok for me to accept her invitation ?

I intend to start a Food Catering Business. I may receive orders from Muslim or Non-Muslim customers to deliver food for BIRTHDAY / ANNIVERSARY or similar programs. I know these programs are not permissible and I will try my level best to avoid. If I deliver food only for the main course for these programs, not the cake & other haram items, will it still be HALAL for me?
