You can heat the water before having ghusl and dry your hair and body properly and then put a towel over your hair, and in sha Allah you will not get sick.

In the case of wet dream in winter, it’s very hard to take fard gushl before Fazr, even with warm water due to the fear of catching cold What should I do in this situation?
