ANSWER:

Yes to both questions. 

In Salah, if I recite complete Surah Fatiha twice in 1 rakah, that means I have added something to the prayer and I have to perform 2 sujood as sahw after tasleem. Is it right? Do we have to say the azkar (like, rabbig firli) between the 2 sujood as sahw?

As you know in Bangladesh, India and Pakistan there is some islamic book in the market and one of them its called ‘Namaz Shikhsha’.Which is instructed that when you stand up for namaz there is a dua (Inni oighathu ozi alillazi pato……) but most of aalim from ahle hadith say this dua is ‘sana’ so read this after takbir.
