ANSWER:

You don’t have to say aaoozbillah, as for bismillah you should say it if you’re reciting a surah from the beginning and not from the middle. 

In Salah, after reciting Surah Fatiha, if I read little portion from a middle of Surah, do I need to say Bismillah or AuzuBillah even if I have recited Bismillah and AuzuBillah at the beginning of Salah?
