ANSWER:

This is in Allah’s hands whether to punish him for this in hellfire and then take him out and enter him into paradise or to forgive him and grant him Jannah without punishment for this crime. 

A Muslim who does not associate partners with Allah will eventually be granted Paradise. 

In quran, Allah says” But whoever kills a believer intentionally – his recompense is Hell, wherein he will abide eternally”(4:93). If a Muslim believes in Allah, does not do shirk, does not do kufr, he believes he did haram, when he killed believer intentionally, the muslim person didn’t repent for murder of believer, but died believing in one Allah.Will the Muslim man go to Paradise?
