The Prophet (ﷺ) said when he broke his fast:

ذَهَبَ الظَّمَأُ وَابْتَلَّتِ الْعُرُوقُ وَثَبَتَ الأَجْرُ إِنْ شَاءَ اللَّهُ
Zahabaz zama’u wabtallati urooq wa thabatal ajru in sha Allah
Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills.

In my country India, the following dua is recited before opening fast Allahumma laka sumtu wa bika amantu wa `alayka tawakkaltu wa `ala rizqika aftartu. Is it authentic? If not what to say before opening fast?
