In my area there is a business transaction system. Normally, Bricks (building material) are manufactured in Dec/Jan. In Dec/Jan, the normal price is 150 USD per 2000 Bricks. But, if someone pay in 3-4 advance before the season (Sept/Oct). Then, price is 30-40 % cheaper (around 100 USD per 2000 Bricks). Is it permissible in Islam?

Yes, if the time of delivery is specified, the number and description of the product is well known.
