We take our Islam from the Quran and from the Sunnah.
First of all, she has to prove to us that Imam Abu Haneefa said this. She has to bring us the book and page and exact words of this great Imam. Everyone can come and claim that this Imam or that said this or that without any proof. People are making things up nowadays.
Secondly, even if Imam Abu Haneefa did say this, we rely on what our Prophet salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam has said. He told us that if a person oversleeps a prayer or forgets it, he should pray it as soon as he remembers. There is no kaffara for it except that.
The Prophet told us that there is no Kaffara for a person who oversleeps or forgets except praying it once he remembers it or wakes up. Those who didn’t pray intentionally can’t pray it and can’t offer kaffara for that.
