I’m working in a luxury brand in Riyadh, recently we were accumulated with lot of damaged items in the store. Hence, were asked by the management to destroy all of them and throw it. In this case, can we get the items to use it personally like perfumes? Would it be haram or halal?

If it is thrown and disposed of, this is permissible. But if you know
from your management that they want it to be destroyed and not to be
used at all by anyone, you must not use it.
