ANSWER:

This man is not related to you and he is a non mahram to you and you must not mix or communicate with him. Stop all communications with him.

Only your husband’s real father is your mahram.

This man has no authority over you or your husband. If your husband is fine with your job and if is a halal job, go ahead with it.

Your husband must move you out of that joint family immediately.

I’m so much worried about my marriage. My father-in-law is step father to my husband and he keeps on controlling our marriage. I was silent till the moment.
