It is not permissible to say the prescribed supplications except in arabic.

As for the other non prescribed supplications, it is permissible to say them in other languages if a person doesn’t know how to say them in Arabic.

Therefore, one can make the Qunoot in their native languages after they say the prescribed Du’ah in Arabic.

I’m non-arabic speaker. Is it permissible for me to make dua in my own language in witr prayer (i.e. raising my hand in 3rd rakaat of Witr prayer)?
